Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic CFO to join our dynamic team and drive our financial growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, reporting, risk management, and investment strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a high-growth company.
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
