Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. You will work directly with our office team to create a great in-store shopping experience, assist customers with styling, and manage store operations. You will also guide and train team members to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with styling and provide expert advice on our latest pieces.
- Manage inventory, restocks, and ensure the store is well-stocked and ready for customers.
- Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Handle online order collections and provide after-sales services when needed.
- Lead and train team members, fostering a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong customer service and styling skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and handle cash transactions.
- Proactive, with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to lead a team effectively
