Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs in compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose faults, and conduct failure analysis to identify the causes of equipment malfunctions.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) to enhance technician skills and competence.
- Conduct Risk Assessments to evaluate and implement mitigation measures for all maintenance activities.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive documentation system for job tracking, sharing, and auditing purposes.
- Assist in identifying, planning, and reviewing training needs for the mentoring and coaching of maintenance staff.
- Prepare and generate reports on maintenance activities and spare parts consumption.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a challenging environment.
