· Engage with current and new clients via email, WhatsApp and social media to facilitate order enquiries.
· Manage orders placed by clients on our website
· Manage customer feedback and service recovery.
Requirements:
· Some experience in customer service industry
· Proficient in managing comms channels like WhatsApp and email
· Well-organised with good time management
· Personable and professional
· Work well in a team environment

Salary: $12-15/hour
Available shifts:
Flexi shifts, available shifts are from Mon-Sun, 9.30am-6.30pm.
Ability to commit to 4-hour shifts for 5 days a week is preferred.
