Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at RRJ Management (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the office.



Main Responsibilities:


Provide support to Senior Management and Investment Team

  • Booking flights, hotels and tansportation for the Chairman
  • Calendar Management/Meeting coordination
  • Scheduling meetings & booking transport and meeting rooms
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Assisting with such other tasks as required by senior management

Other administration jobs:

  • Reception Duties: Answering phones, greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, hotels, and transportation for staff
  • Office Supplies & Maintenance: Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the office is well-equipped and maintained
  • Onboarding: Assisting with onboarding new staff members
  • IT Coordination: Assisting as a liaison between staff and the IT department to resolve any thechnical issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Citizenship: Must be Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Age: 25-40yrs
  • Working hour: 9am - 6pm, able to attend works after office hour as requested.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling documents and managing tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Working closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and task completion.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with care.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, and any industry-specific software.
