Contract Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $3,450 per month
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate user research activities to gather feedback on new enhancement for an existing system. (E.g. create feedback questionnaires and coordinating interviews).
· Support in the continual user story refinement for accurate and up-to-date requirement documentations.
· Support development process and operations such as UAT, Live Verification etc.
· Provide basic troubleshooting support to users encountering issues with the digital platform and coordinate bug triage activities.
· Manage the onboarding of new solutions onto the innovation marketplace.
· Manage and collate of statistics and reporting on product health, management reporting and project progress.
· Manage documentation of operational processes and procedures related to the digital platform.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the end-to-end innovation processes and workflows put in place.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any discipline
· Experience in Project Management and has a keen interest in the digital space and an appreciation of technologies
