Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and supporting on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on the sales, customer service, marketing modules, Power platform, and Azure.
- Analyze and understand client requirements to design and implement tailored on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Develop and configure the sales, customer service, and marketing modules to meet client needs.
- Integrate on-premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM with other business systems and applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for on premise and SAAS Dynamics 365 CRM deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge capture and transfer.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in 3CX call center solutions good to have.
Experience in Click Dimension solutions good to have.
Certification in Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft technologies.
