Job Responsibility
- Reports to Project Manager/Site Manager
- Supervise construction works to ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project's specifications and drawings
- Plan and coordinate site activities and able to coordinate with sub-contractors' supervisors
- Ensuring work carried out are in compliance with Safe Work Procedures
- Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' experience in residential building projects
- Possess strong flair for construction drawings
- Knowledge in BIM/VDC would be an asset
