Partnerships Manager

The transform of education technology globally by building and scaling education products and platforms, and bringing the best of client’s technology to schools. The EdTech Partnerships team leads partnerships and programs for the Education. As an EdTech Partnerships Manager, you will work with partners who integrate with client products. As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will work closely with Product, Go-To-Market, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive the growth of our products and business. Equipped with your business acumen and knowledge of education and technology, you are right on the front line of driving our partnerships and partner programs. You will be responsible for building first-of-its-kind strategic partnerships that support our product and growth strategies, working with EdTechs that to develop new integrations with Education tools and partner with our teams in various ways. You must be comfortable developing partnerships strategies and prioritization, driving execution alongside technical teams, and building global programs that allow client to engage with the partner ecosystem at scale.

  • Manage product and go-to-market partnerships for client’s education products and EdTech partners end-to-end, from strategy and negotiation through execution and ongoing management the partner
  • Collaborate with Product teams to launch and incubate new product features with partners, improve existing product offerings and identifying new product-enabling partnership opportunities - including negotiating first-of-its-kind agreements with strategic partners
  • Collaborate with Product Team and Go-to-Market Teams to define partnerships goals, focused on launching and incubating new products and features, improving existing product offerings, and/or driving innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Drive internal and external communication of goals and achievements, and influence product roadmap by providing market/industry insights
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with partners, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Manage coordination with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance) and partner teams as we co-build and execute with partners

Minimum qualification(s):

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in partnerships / business development or management consulting
  • Experience working in EdTech or in education organizations
  • Excellent written/verbal communication/presentation skills, and strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to plan, pitch, and execute
  • Experience developing partnerships from strategy to execution
