Snowflake Architect

1. Snowflake DW Expertise: Apply strong knowledge and experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse to design, architect, and implement data solutions.
2. Python Programming: Utilize Python programming skills for developing and optimizing data solutions.
3. SQL Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
4. Architecture and Design: Exhibit a solid understanding of architecture and design principles to create scalable and efficient data solutions.

Must- Have:

1. Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on data architecture and engineering.
2. Snowflake Architecture: Deep architectural understanding of Snowflake.
3. Data Warehousing & ETL: Extensive knowledge of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and modeling structure principles.
4. Snowflake Functions: Proven experience working with Snowflake Functions.
5. Engineering Platform Components: Expertise in engineering platform components such as data pipelines, orchestration, data quality, data governance, and analytics.
6. Large-Scale Data Solutions: Hands-on experience implementing large-scale data intelligence solutions around Snowflake Data Warehouse (DW).
7. Data Analysis: Ability to perform strategic data analysis and execute data quality rule checks.
8. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python or Scala.
9. Streaming Services: Good experience with streaming services like Kafka.
10. Semi-Structured Data: Experience working with semi-structured data formats.

Good-to-Have:

1. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
2. Work Estimation & Planning: Ability to estimate work and provide input on resource and risk planning to managers.
3. Unix Shell Scripting: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting.
4. Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders, manage timelines, handle escalations, and provide timely status updates.
5. Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and BOBJ.
6. Cloud Data Ecosystem: Knowledge of the cloud data ecosystem.
