Our client, a Japanese MNC in F&B currently looking for Sales Executive to join the company.
Responsibilities;
- Actively sell products and services to customers, especially local restaurant.
- Ensure all aspects of overseas shipments, including documentation and packaging, are handled properly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Manage and resolve customer feedback and complaints efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of sales leads, activities, order history, and pricing.
- Enter orders into the company’s system, ensuring they meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
