Job Scope:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, office maintenance, and housekeeping duties.
  • Manage phone calls, visitors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate local and overseas shipments.
  • Assist in stock-taking activities and packing goods for shipment.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • At least 2 years of related working experience.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills.
