Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to senior management on expense claims and calendar management as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangement such as flights, accommodation, transport booking, and travel visas.
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing inventory of equipment, and office supplies
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Manage office space and handle any necessary arrangements for meetings and events.
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment interviews arrangement
- Manage meeting room usage and booking of events spaces.
- Coordinate and make arrangements for team events such as workshops, training, social gatherings.
- Coordinate meeting arrangements for conference calls across multiple regions
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing inventory of equipment, and office supplies
- Request and manage office security passes for all employees; facilitate the cancellation of these items upon termination
- Coordinate office space, moves and expansions
- Fire Warden, coordinate fire drills
