Working Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM(1 hour dinner break)
Hourly Rate: $13 (Subject to CPF)
Job Description:
- Identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and overall store performance.
- Be well-versed in in-store operations, including tasks and methods, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding between customers and team members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store through regular housekeeping.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in both English and basic Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Quick learner with good interpersonal skills.
- Independent, sales-driven, with a positive attitude and initiative.
- Available to work retail hours specifically on weekends.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge, capable of conducting product demonstrations, and handling customer inquiries confidently.
