As part of Group expansion, we are looking for a versatile Sales Support Executive to be part of the expanding team. You will be responsible for handling and processing sales order and provide administrative assistance to the sales team. You will also be an integral part supporting of the Group’s strategic expansion and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, deliveries and provide admin support for the Sales team
- Manage the sales order processes such as purchase orders, invoices, and issuing sales transaction orders
- Verify customers orders including customer details and payment information
- Attend to any customer enquiries, feedback or complaints through phone call or email
- To assist in handling damaged or loss of goods should the customer raise it towards the Sales team
- Check quotes against raised orders to ensure correct pricing, terms and conditions have been applied
- Capture data and maintain systems as required by the sales process SOP and Sales Executive
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by the Sales/General Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or related industry in administration or customer service support
- Goal oriented and meticulous in providing basic accurate information
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to handle pressure well and work in a fast-paced environment
