We are seeking for a Sales Support for our Subsidiary Office located in Singapore, eager to work with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment. We need a highly collaborative team player who is not afraid of challenges and changes.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
· Conduct product training for distributors' to equip them with knowledge of Fitline products.
· Analysing distributors' business structure and marketing objectives to optimise their current
advertising campaigns to both promote and expand their business growth globally.
· Follow up closely with respective distributors' such as ensuring they clear their monthly check assurance, achieve next qualification level.
· Send out invite links to new distributors' to join our channels.
· Support and manage digital platforms such as Facebook/Instagram/Company’s back-end office/Whatsapp/Wechat/Telegram. Ensure that information are up-to-date according to the latest information from the Headquarters.
· Plan, prepare and execute events for Singapore Sales Leaders in Singapore (E.g Business Academy, Weekly training/talks).
· Translator for both ZOOM training and events in Singapore (Liaising with Junior Sales Director on this).
· Design and advertise all events/promotion flyers.
· Responding to all incoming enquiries with accurate information on our social media platform (Email, Facebook message, whatsapp, telegram, wechat) or face to face.
· Prepare and assist any presentation slides in both English and Mandarin Version for our Singapore Team Partners as and when required.
· Conduct presentation together with Junior Sales Director if required.
· Prepare event venue and other required audio-visual equipment and materials to ensure smooth execution of events.
· Assisting distributors' with their back-end office, redemption on their bonus.
· Assisting distributors' on their ordering of products and help customer services team (if required).
· Any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
• Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
• A team player with pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette and communication skill in both verbal and written.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft office skills.
• Candidates are required to be able to communicate in Mandarin verbally and in written as majority are chinese-speaking customers.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
