Job Description for Admin Temp
1. To provide administrative support to the Centre Manager and Head Office functions (Executive Director, Finance, Fundraising and HR).
2. Maintains a proper filing system for correspondences with Centre vendors. This includes filing of quotations, liaison emails, contracts and equipment service reports.
3. Attends to phone calls, emails and manning of office counter and visitors.
4. Oversees the centre inventory, record keeping, office stationery stock and maintenance of office equipment eg: Photocopier Machine, office stationeries.
5. Remind caregivers to pay program and transport fees. Issuing hard copy receipts to caregivers.
6. Receives and monitor records of volunteers and visitors.
7. Assists with any tasks that may be assigned by the Centre Manager and the management.
8. Check letter box
9. Liaise with Handyman/ aircon /pest control / FMUT/ Ademco
10. Preparation of Timesheets
11. Process staff claims , Invoice submission (NTUC invoice, other purchases)
12. Recording of staff leave (google calendar ) and recording of In-house training hours.

Working hours : 830am -5pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
Pay rate - $9 per hour (no CPF)
As an independent service provider, there will be no other employee benefits like leave, medical insurance or performance bonus)
