Description:
- Planning and supervision of the on-site staff and daily operations including scheduling and manning of the team.
- Conduct on the job training of new member(s), escalation of complex cases and suggest improvement to work processes.
- Ensuring the on-site staffs’ job requirements are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
- Prepare quarterly reports.
- Prepare and update business continuity plan to ensure provision of services continue during both civil and national emergencies.
- Participate in the department’s table-top and scenario-based exercises such as fire drills as well as in event of fire emergency.
- Check to ensure all SP Sports Facilities and SD Facilities are operationally ready at the stipulated timings.
Requirement:
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory/team lead role in the areas of administrative, logistics or facilities management support.
- Must possess a valid First Aid (CPR + AED) Certification
