Job Description
As the Product Manager, you will:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify user needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends in the social media space.
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Product Design & Prototyping: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-centered product designs and prototypes, incorporating user feedback and data.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure smooth product development.
- Product Launch & Iteration: Oversee the product launch process, including beta testing, and continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback and data analytics.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive product growth.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of Product Management experience in a start up social media platform or direct to consumer space
- Focus on social interaction and community building
- Problem - solving skills, and can offer solutions
- Work closely with IT engineering team to test and launch new product designs and prototypes
- Tools: UI/UX, analytic tools, etc.
