Job Decription
* To perform check-in and check-out process in a friendly and efficient manner.
* To perform cashiering duties.
* To coordinate with Housekeeping
* Team on room status.
* To update guest data and other information on the PMS (Property Management System).
* To assist guests with their enquiries.
* To undertake any other duties when requested by the Front Office Management and Hotel Management.
Requirement
* GCE "O" level or equivalent.
* Knowledge of PMS Opera system is preferred.
* Preferrably at least 1-2 years in hotel industry.
