About Our Client
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in chemical distribution industry looking for an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager.
Job Description
- End-to-end supply chain experience managing chemical distribution channels in both B2B and B2C environments with a deep understanding of the complexities involved in the SEA markets.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers ensuring seamless operations and cost-effective service delivery across the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers, ensuring they perform at the highest levels and adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs).
- You are committed to fostering a collaborative team environment
- Responsible for managing warehouse operations, including supervising a team member focused on contract negotiation with 3PL, customer service, inventory management, planning and logistics ensuring smooth delivery of products to customers.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain respect for time and commitments is crucial.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in managing regional supply chain operations, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Extensive experience in distributor management within both B2B and B2C environments, along with a strong background in managing 3PL relationships and service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead remote teams across multiple countries in supply chain which includes warehouse management, customer service operations, logistics and planning.
- Good time management and able to deliver projects within datelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
