Job Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Retain and grow client portfolios to meet annual renewal revenue targets.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
  • Campaign Briefs: Attend campaign briefings with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Consultative Recommendations: Analyse clients’ business/brand to provide tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of clients’ campaigns.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to execute tasks required for campaign success.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify and recommend initiatives to enhance clients’ digital campaign performance.
  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance for clients.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Min. 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Agency Background
  • Knowledge of ad platforms and management tools including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels/Ad Manager is an added advantage
  • Google Ads Certified is an added advantage
