Corporate Secretarial Executive
Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory compliance and keep records updated.
- Manage board meetings
- Handle immigration-related matters.
- Coordinate with global teams for client onboarding.
- Monitor compliance and conduct due diligence.
- Seek ad-hoc revenue opportunities and manage invoicing.
- Act as liaison between international teams and clients.
- Assist in process improvements and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- ICSA qualification or pursuing, with a Diploma in Business Admin/Commerce/Law
- Experience with SGX-listed companies preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Viewpoint a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
