Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and lead project kick-off meetings.
- Perform product and technology benchmarking in partnership with R&D and Marketing teams.
- Assist Technical Sales by reviewing specifications, cost assessments, and evaluating new product requirements.
- Provide updates on project status and participate in technical reviews with customers.
- Manage product evaluation programs in collaboration with customers.
- Oversee Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to enhance product life cycles.
- Work with Engineering Development teams to address and resolve technical field issues for the assigned product family.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Strong grasp of fundamental engineering concepts and product development processes.
- Proven track record in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a flexible approach to problem-solving.
