Responsibilities:
- Respond to the sales team’s fund related requests
- Produce related information and ensure timely delivery of materials for channel distribution
- Assist in preparation of sales materials
- Work closely with the firm’s Compliance department to ensure materials prepared adhere to the firm’s Compliance standards and Marketing department’s requirements and guidelines
- Respond promptly and accurately to distributors and clients’ fund queries.
- Prepare responses to distributors and clients’ due diligence questionnaires
- Work closely with the firm’s Compliance department to ensure client accounts adhere to the firm’s Compliance standards
- Required to work closely with Funds’ registrar and vendors
- Ensure accurate and prompt payment to vendors and suppliers
- Work on ad hoc projects, events or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in finance, accountancy or business
- At least 1 year of direct relevant working experience within the asset management industry
- Knowledge of Bloomberg will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-starter and an independent individual
- Good team player and a meticulous individual
- Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
