Responsibilities
- To assist WSH Officer and Project Team in handling and coordinating all work activities with regards to Safety, Health & Environmental
- To support and administer all WSH related initiatives
- To recommend practicable measures to help protect employees from potentially hazardous work method, processes, or materials
- To inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
- To investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future
- To assist with the management of WSH programme and promote awareness to all stakeholders
- To liaise and follow up with relevant stakeholders on WSH matters
- To conduct daily inspection and act on unsafe work practices
- To maintain & monitor safety records & checklist
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- 6 Days work
- WSQ Advance Certificate in WSH
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as WSH Coordinator
- Familiar with constructions site safety inspections and regulations
- Good knowledge of OHSAS18001
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
