Job Description
- Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance in the centre
- Build a team with positive morale and highly competitive educators
- Good leadership skills in leading a team to meet company objectives
- Well verse in local regulatory agencies requirement, licensing, health and safety regulations etc
- Work closely with relevant agencies or partner to fulfill requirement
- Prepare and control expenditures
- Maintain a healthy enrolment rates
- Maintaining good relations with parents, business partner, government bodies etc
- Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources
- Prepare monthly reports and other relevant documents required by the management
Qualifications
- Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Degree in any discipline, with Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL)
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in a childcare setting including infant care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership qualities with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives
- Strong knowledge in curriculum and pedagogy
