· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field will be appropriate. Diploma with extensive experience may be considered.
· 3-5 years’ experience in factory enhancement activities and digital transformation.
· Able to understand product development process, manufacturing process, digital transformation (including understanding of Big Data Analytics, AI etc.)
· Good IT knowledge and experience in OT environment (manufacturing). Individuals with experience of programming languages like Python, Java, C++, or SQL will be an added advantage.
