Senior Sales Engineer

  • Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives andmarket trends.
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.
  • Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.
  • Ensure service engineers meet client’s expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide
  • technical support, and address concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales operations, contracts, and customer engagements.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products, technologies, and market trends.
  • Understand semiconductor manufacturing process and able to identify needs and requirements of clients, and come out with proposal of solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to set strategic goals, develop sales plans, and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Customer-centric approach to identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the organization.
