Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in managing daily warehouse and logistics operations, including supervising material handlers and drivers.
- Plan, deliver, and conduct training sessions for new team members.
- Oversee daily delivery and collection schedules, and manage monthly or weekend overtime arrangements for staff.
- Support incoming goods procedures, including inspection, goods receipt (GR), data entry into the inventory system, and barcode creation and issuance.
- Assist with outgoing packing procedures, including acknowledgment, scanning system management, and generating delivery orders (DO) and packing lists.
- Update and retrieve stock inventory information using the SAP system. Generate weekly inventory reports and perform basic reconciliation tasks.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum O-Level education or equivalent.
- Preferably experienced in planning, warehouse, and logistics environments.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license and able to operate 10-ft and 14-ft trucks.
- Strong sense of urgency, passion for work, initiative, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to serve as a backup driver when needed.
