Main Tasks
● Support the Operations Coordinator in the day-to-day duties such as:
○ Managing accurate entry and processing of all orders received
○ Preparing of orders for fulfilment
○ Planning and coordinating product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers
● Inventory management:
○ Ensure proper replenishment of gift cards and other inventory for timely distribution to our partners and consumers
○ Preparation of stock reports for inventory review
● Optimize inventory readiness and order fulfilment to ensure maximum sales can be realised
● Oversee email inbox regularly to ensure that the queries are brought to the right department for follow-up
● Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address delivery issues
● Data entry into internal systems, transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
● Assist on other administrative tasks
Requirements
Highly diligent doer, conscientious, punctual and great attention to detail
A professional disposition and positive attitude
Excellent command of English both oral and written with good interpersonal skills
Attentive and always ready to learn from your experienced managers
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Skilled in Excel and MS Office / Google Suite
Computer savvy and digital native
