Summary
To assist the Store Supervisor/Team Lead in ensuring that the daily tasks and projects are executed efficiently, safely and in accordance to the procedures stipulated
Responsibilities
- Receiving of materials, according to the existing SOPs and in compliance with GDP best practices
- Picking of materials and issuance to production or customers, fulfilling all required SAP transaction
- Strive to meet the schedules, deadlines and KPIs and to communicate proactively when faced with issues
- Participation in periodic warehouse activities, cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
- Demonstrate 5S habits and safe work practices and continuously flag out potential non-conformance and areas of improvement to achieve Audit compliance through conformance
- Strive to produce high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour
- Team work and cooperation with Customer Service, Purchasing and Production
- Meet performance targets and activities of the warehouse by achieving the KPI targets, and any other projects assign by the Store Manager
- Able to perform multi-tasks as per assign by Team Lead and Supervisor
Requirement
- Nitec / Technical certificate or at least 3 years in Warehouse Operations
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and SAP MM module is advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills / Team Player
- Strive to complete all assigned work efficiently
- Attentive to detail
- Organized and good time management
- Able to understand and speak basic English
- Willing to support OT when required
