Position title : Junior Quality & Logistics Assistant
Location: Jln Buroh Singapore 619490
Working Days: 5.5 work week
Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm
Salary : Below $2k + OT
Responsibilities
- Perform quality check:
- Weight & test equipment
- Incoming and outgoing cylinders
- incoming seats and stock
- Painted cylinders, logo and warning label
- Meet safety and specification standards (footring/rusty/dirty/height)
- Perform quality check:
- Perform logistics on Haulier, keying into stock program
- Perform physical stock take on empty and filled cylinders
- Collate defective cylinders statistics
- Maintenance of Daily Occurrence Book
- Perform store duty
- Ensure stick are check on Haulier whether incoming or outgoing on voucher or manual
- Admin Support
- Input incoming bulk CO
- Office filing
- Report writing
- Organize meeting according to schedule
- Ad-hoc tasks
Requirement
- Min 1 yrs exp in operations
- N level (or equivalent and above)
- Able to use Microsoft Office
