- Ensure plant operations follow environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of operations and compliance.
- Implement safety protocols to protect staff and meet standards.

- Train and manage STP staff for equipment operation and emergencies.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance with the M&E team.
