IT Specialist (Endpoint & Application)
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
- Working Location: Central
- Salary: Up to $5,500 + AWS + attractive bonus & benefits
As an experienced IT Specialist, you will manage, support, secure, and optimize endpoint devices and applications for our diverse clients. This role requires expertise in endpoint management technologies, application management, troubleshooting skills, and a collaborative work style.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and IoT devices.
- Ensure endpoints are updated with the latest patches and security updates.
- Maintain and optimize application performance and security.
- Implement endpoint and application security measures.
- Develop and implement scripts to automate deployment, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Provide Tier 2 support for endpoint devices, applications, and connectivity issues.
- Create user guides and conduct training sessions.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
Requirements
- Min diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint and application management.
- Proficiency in tools like JumpCloud, Clonezilla, Google Workspace, Office 365, and automation tools such as Ansible.
- Expertise in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Google Workspace administrator, MCSE, ITIL).
