We are looking for a seasoned Charter Sales Manager with extensive experience in flight operations applications and client management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Avinode, ForeFlight, ARINCDirect, FD Manager, and other flight operations software. This role will require a hands-on approach to daily operations, with a focus on optimizing the use of these applications, managing client relationships, and ensuring accurate and efficient quoting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flight Operations Applications Management-- Manage and optimize the use of Avinode, ForeFlight, ARINCDirect, FD Manager, and other flight operations applications to ensure seamless operations. Oversee the integration and effective use of these tools for flight planning, scheduling, and execution
- Charter Client Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for charter clients, handling inquiries, managing relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Provide accurate and competitive charter quotes, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of market rates and operational costs.
- Daily Operations Supervision -Supervise daily operations, ensuring all flights are planned, executed, and monitored according to company standards and regulatory requirements. Work closely with the flight operations team to ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient
- Coordination and Compliance -Coordinate with crew, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to ensure all necessary arrangements, including handling, permits, and accommodations, are in place. Ensure all flights are in compliance with applicable aviation regulations and company policies preferably both FAA and CAACI.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Preferably a BS in Aeronautical Engineering specializing in Air Transport.
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in flight operations and charter management, with a strong focus on using flight operations software and client interaction.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, with a proven track record of creating and managing complex reports and data analysis.
