The Role: In this pioneering role, you'll be the architect of our inbound marketing strategy, leveraging inbound tactics and marketing technology to drive website performance, lead conversion, and market share growth. You'll collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value audiences.
The Impact: You will shape a data-driven strategy and drive execution for accelerating pipeline through inbound marketing tactics. You will connect the dots between innovative MarTech and traditional multi-channel marketing tactics, using technology to power personalization-at-scale and seamless engagement experiences to target audiences and for re-marketing.
Key Responsibilities –
- Craft and Own Inbound Strategy: Develop a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy using best practices to drive website performance, including but not limited to: SEO, content marketing, social media engagement, and marketing automation.
- AI-Powered Lead Generation and Engagement: Implement MarTech to identify, target, and nurture qualified leads via multi/omni-channel marketing tactics throughout the buyer's journey.
- Content Pull: Amplify high-quality content optimized for search engines and tailored to specific audience segments.
- Campaign Cadence: Plan, execute, and analyze inbound campaigns across digital channels.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage marketing analytics and AI insights to optimize campaign performance, measure ROI, and continuously refine strategies.
- Agile Marketing Experimentation: Champion a culture of disruptive marketing through data-informed experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with regional marketing teams and alliance partners to amplify reach and achieve shared marketing goals.
Requirements –
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Never-ending curiosity and passion about all things digital marketing and technology.
- Ability to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition, growth, and retention programs.
- Demonstrated ability to create and develop strategies and execute successful integrated inbound marketing campaigns in APAC.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, passion for analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable and commercially driven programs.
- A customer-centric attitude and motivation to “influence without authority” in a matrix organization.
- Experience with any MarTech tools will be advantageous: CDP, MAP, Chatbot, AI Assistant.
