Job Description:
Property Development / Leasing
- Identify potential sites for Pepper Lunch Singapore’s expansion or any other F&B brands under the profile of HP.
- To be responsible for quality study of site feasibility based on traffic count, profit & loss simulation to support business growth and add value to management decision making.
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis of market condition, target catchment and surrounding developments to ensure business sustainability and growth.
- Attend and address to matters related to tenancy management including rental negotiation, lease administrative and restaurant renovation in accordance with HP standards and regulations.
- Plan and execute Singapore property development plans in line with HP Management’s annual projection within the financial year to meet company’s objectives.
- Establish and maintain harmonious landlord-tenant relationship pertaining to lease renewals and any matters that relates to tenancy of HP brands.
- Support and liaise with various departments to ensure compliance with lease management practices and administration.
- Administer any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HP Management.
Franchise Sales / Development Support
- Assist HOD in administration support for franchise sales execution
- Assist HOD in administration support for franchise development
- Build good working relationship with franchisees and handle franchisor-franchisee general matters
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Review, draft and/or advise on the necessity of all agreements and other legal documents that the Company executes. This includes Commercial and Franchise Agreements

Job Requirements:
- University degree or diploma with min 3 years of relevant experience in leasing and/or sales
- Organized, meticulous, teamplayer and self-motivated
- Good in written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bilingual
- Able to work independently
- Willing to learn attitude
- Negotiation skills and business acumen
