Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough Long Haul market analysis to identify untapped opportunities and create travel products aligned with evolving consumer demands.
- Forge strong partnerships with airlines, tourism boards, land operators, and collaborators to explore novel destinations, routes, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and profitability, producing timely reports to guide senior management decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date tour package details, along with related pricing.
- Provide destination training to sales teams to strengthen their destination knowledge.
- Provide dedicated backend support to sales teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of customer services.
- Provide weekly updates of sales and inventory figures for management reporting purposes.
- Conduct product and sales kit briefings before travel campaigns, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications and E-commerce department to strategically position products within the competitive market landscape.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Travel-related studies
- Minimum 2-3-year experience in product development within the travel industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated negotiation prowess with the ability to cultivate and manage valuable partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills, bilingual of English and Chinese preferred, to liaise with Chinese Speaking Customer.
- Strong organizational capabilities and adept multitasking skills.
- Diligent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality.
