Job Responsibilities:
- Install and upgrade Windows OS and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
- Support IT projects, including ERP implementation.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking.
- Collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Min 1 – 3 years of IT support experience.
- Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PACS, SQL, and network security is a plus.
