Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Liaise with the main contractor and client on progress claims.
- Assist the Project Manager with quantity assessments.
- Prepare and submit progress certifications.
- Provide catalogs and technical details to the main contractor and client.
- Coordinate with vendors and the site team.
- Knowledge of electrical components and drawings is helpful.
- Offer administrative support to the project team.
- Handle tasks assigned by the superior and management as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in project administration duties or QS Assistant
- With construction / M&E industry background will be preferred
