Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the Middle East market, user demands, and other research results, provide suggestions for business operations in the Middle East.
2. Responsible for developing product operation strategies, market planning, layout, and managing the operation team in the Middle East market, and accountable for project operation results.
3. Responsible for building a host & guild/club ecosystem for products targeting the Middle East market user base, continuously optimizing business operations, and accountable for product revenue.
4. Responsible for the operational tasks of discovering, supporting, expanding, and nurturing both in-platform and external hosts & guilds/clubs, as well as building gameplay categories and planning official programs to continuously improve user activity and market share, and accountable for growth, activity, and other operational metrics.
5. Responsible for organizing, tabulating, and analyzing overseas product operation data, consolidating relevant data, analyzing it, and providing product optimization suggestions based on the data, and accountable for the completeness and accuracy of various operational data.
6. Responsible for building the overseas operations BD team, including long-term team planning and internal staff training, and accountable for the output and costs of the Middle East operations BD team.
7. Responsible for overseas competitive product research, able to perform reverse analysis of mainstream overseas social competitors, have a clear understanding of industry data levels, and adjust operational strategies in line with target market users.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above; Trilingual, fluent in Arabic as a daily working language, proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with stakeholders in China and Singapore who can only speak English and/or Mandarin.
2. Over 10 years of experience in overseas social media operations, with at least 5 years of team management experience; successful experience in managing overseas products is preferred.
3. Must possess extensive resources of hosts & guilds/clubs in the Middle East market.
4. Experienced in mature overseas social product operations, sensitive to operational data, enjoys analyzing and trying out similar domestic and international products.
5. Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination, stress management, learning, and comprehension abilities; proactive, strong sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, capable of effectively driving project implementation, and able to achieve goals through effective teamwork with a results-oriented approach.
