Cundall’s Business Development and Marketing team play a critical role across the global business. The team work across the 26 offices, 12 services and 11 sectors to ensure Cundall continue to be recognised as a world leading expert in innovative and sustainable design engineering.

The Role
In line with the continuing growth of our business, we are looking to appoint an experienced individual to play a key role based in our Singapore office, providing strategic leadership as well as day-to-day operational management.
The role includes supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of marketing and business development strategies to ensure we maintain existing clients, drive the acquisition of new clients and raise the profile of the practice in the external market place. This means working alongside business leaders to develop marketing and business development strategies for the Practice and implementing these strategies personally and through the sector team.
The role will also include involvement in the bids and proposals process, business to business (B2B), working with the submissions team and fee earners, as well as the opportunity to oversee large-scale projects.
The Skills
Degree-qualified, with experience in a marketing and/or business development role, you have also proven yourself in professional services and/or a consultancy environment and gained experience of working with marketing/ CRM databases.
You have demonstrated your ability to think and work strategically and to co-ordinate and supervise the activities of others to achieve objectives. Crucially, you have an outstanding ability to connect and work with internal and external stakeholders, develop relationship to achieve strategic objectives. You have built and continuously developing your network within the industry for greater collaboration and industry intelligence sharing.
Your written and verbal communication skills are essential, a proven track-record of influencing senior stakeholders in an assertive but diplomatic manner.
A post-graduate qualification in marketing and/or experience in the built environment sector would be advantageous.
