Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of shipping documents and closely track shipment progress, including verifying Proof of Delivery (POD) status.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure precise scheduling of shipments and deliveries for both new and ongoing products.
- Manage claims for any damaged shipments, coordinating with relevant parties to address and resolve these issues.
- Collaborate with logistics planners to forecast customer shipping needs, create logistics strategies, and ensure products are available. Optimize the flow of goods from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager and Warehouse team on detrashing and recycling efforts, and with the Finance team regarding supplier invoice matters.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and other departments to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
- Track incoming materials and outgoing products to guarantee timely deliveries to customers.
- Ensure all cross-border shipments comply with customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Regularly update and submit weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
