- Work with manager to build new Beauty care application capability to support regional and global need.
- Develop existing products new positioning, new products application data and process
- Identify and initiate major technology programs and innovation to meet the needs of business and strategic plans.
- Work with Business Team to co-create and implement plans by region for focused countries, customers, and segments.
- Engage with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts to bring new perspectives and ideas into the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological advancements and integrate them into our product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices throughout the development and implementation phases.
- Provide technical training to distributors
- Proactive on opportunities and solutions by developing scientific materials for internal/external customers and responding internal & external Beauty & Home science related questions.
- Support regional prototype development and marketing materials at trade show and scientific organizations relevant to Beauty care science and technology, building connections with research organizations.
- Help team to collect market trend and competitor intelligence
- Help manager to prepare the presentation for key stakeholder meeting and customer visits
- Attend B&H key projects review meeting and take meeting minutes
- Ensure the laboratory maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or chemistry or related science field majors.
- Min. 1 years’ experience in technical service, application field and having a record of delivering results.
- Work experience in skin care or cosmetic business companies or ingredient suppliers
- Preferably with formulation expertise
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical advancements into business value and competitive advantage
- Good presentation skill incl. powerpoint making and presenting to the audience confidently
- Ability to work with limited supervision and drive own agenda, asking for support when needed but always taking complete ownership of deliverables.
- Experience designing, managing, conducting, and interpreting lab results preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to research and appraise scientific information and translate it into clear evidence-based messages.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to present to a range of audiences, both within the organization and at external fora
- Some domestic & international traveled required.
- Efficiently handling multi-tasking incl. admin work
