- Industry/Organization Type: Inbound Tour Operator
- Position Title: Travel Agent/Travel Consultant/Travel Advisor (In-bound)
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Outram Park
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly update knowledge on the latest travel industry news, trends, and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Offer detailed information and recommendations about destinations, including insights on attractions, accommodations, and dining options.
- Design travel itineraries that align with clients' budgets and specific requests, ensuring a satisfying and feasible travel plan.
- Promptly respond to client inquiries via emails and calls, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel arrangements.
- Assist clients with last-minute changes or updates to their itineraries, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with various stakeholders such as restaurants, hotels, and transportation services to secure reservations and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.

- At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating travel arrangements, preferably within Singapore.
- Have knowledge of travel logistics, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and international travel regulations.
