Roles & Responsibilities
Job Objective/s
· Sets direction and for Construction product improvement to maintain product relevance and competitiveness in our market.
· Provide guidance and oversight to the product engineering group. Provide support to sales and marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Define and get approval for product development/improvement plan.
2. Set and execute improvement goals for product engineering group to be in line with company objectives.
3. Assign improvement projects to product engineers and ensure on time completion of projects.
4.. Plays a facilitating role to the product engineers to enable smooth completion of assigned projects.
5. Set and achieve customer satisfaction index.
6. Develop and maintain customer survey forum to gather customer feedback on customer product requirements.
7. Seek regular customer feedback for product requirements and attain total customer satisfaction.
8. Lead in product customization projects.
9. Construction Technical Marketing
10.Generate materials for target marketing for the identified markets/companie
All other duties reasonably assigned.
Qualification Guidelines:
Minimum Education:
Degree
Minimum Experience
· Minimum 10 years’ working experience with technical background in Construction Industry, technical and marketing application sales in and Projects, Sales, and able to commuication with the supplier, and sales team, and also able to work Indpentally as a team player, and also able to leading as a team, with relavant filed construction firm.
* Construction Specific Knowledge / Skills.
· Can communicate in English & Mandrain, Write, Listen, & ETC.
· Understand the basic business policies and Construction Management.
