Job Description
- Develop recruitment strategies to recruit specific patient groups in line with the organisation's priorities and objectives.
- Work with Recruitment Team Leader to coordinate the recruitment exercise focusing on specific populations
- Initiates recruitment drives collaborating with external parties to expand the relevant pool of volunteers
- Provide inputs into the development of study-specific recruitment plan.
- Reach out and work closely with external collaborators to drive patient recruitment initiatives.
- Respond to sponsors on recruitment and enrollment capabilities
- Maintains and provides data on special population recruitment metrics.
- Ensure recruitment activities are performed in compliance with Good Clinical Practice, global and local SOPs and guidelines.
- Ensures compliance for individual training requirements.
- Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with external collaborators and clinical trial subjects, respect subject’s rights and abide by the privacy policies
- Does yearly performance and developmental planning to support corporate priorities and business goals
Requirement
- Degree in life science
- Clinical research experience preferred
