What You'll Do:

  • Spark Excitement: Connect with customers and ignite their enthusiasm for BYD vehicles. Provide an engaging and informative experience that showcases the latest BYD models and their benefits.
  • Drive Sales: Lead customers through a seamless and enjoyable buying journey. From engaging test drives to crafting tailored financing solutions, you’ll be instrumental in turning interest into action.
  • Be a Knowledge Guru: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in EV technology and industry trends. Share your expertise and help customers understand the long-term value and benefits of electric vehicles.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing outstanding support before, during, and after the sale. Your personalized approach will ensure every customer feels valued and well-informed.
  • Achieve Excellence: Meet and exceed your sales goals while contributing to the team’s success. Use your creativity to develop strategies and initiatives that drive lead generation and sales growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience and Passion: Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, especially if you have a passion for electric vehicles.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Your ability to connect with people, explain complex concepts in a clear manner, and build rapport will set you apart.
  • Sales Skills: Proven success in sales with strong negotiation and closing abilities. If you have a knack for turning interest into sales, we want to hear from you!
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and a willingness to stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends.
  • Driven and Motivated: A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicles to customers.
