Reporting to Production Manager, you'll be responsible to manufacture quality products that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Production Technicians are responsible for executing the processing operations that support the needs of the business. Production Technicians also perform duties associated with operating, monitoring, connecting, cleaning and troubleshooting the equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
• Prioritise safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
• Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands. Strict adherence to GMP, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), Food Safety, and Food Defense.
• Monitor and execute proper functions of the process equipment including fixing equipment, Filling machines, end of line equipment and operations support.
• Operates the processing computer control system, including trouble shooting issues and monitoring while in operations.
• Assist in the creation of SOP's, checklist, and work instructions whenever required.
• Perform all secondary duties associated with the manufacturing operations and complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. (including maintaining of log-sheets and batch records)
• Perform all required cleaning as instructed (including making proper sanitary connections for all forms of cleaning).
• Perform product testing as defined in SOP and maintaining records with GDP compliance.
• Perform all assigned maintenance and cleaning activities of manufacturing equipment whenever required.
• Execute proper disassembly and assembly of various machineries in the production areas.
• Complete all necessary transactions, reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Always maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Demonstrate capability to use independent judgment and work well within a team environment.
• Adhere strictly to the Reckitt's Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
- 4 years of working experience in the related field preferred. Background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial.
- At least NITEC/ Diploma in related discipline or GCE "N/ O/ A" Level with at least 1 year of experience. (sciences, technical, health-related, food manufacturing etc)
- Close attention to detail and experience with detailed documentation of tasks performed.
- Physically fit (include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights).
- Knowledge in SAP.
- 12 hours shift work.
